Our Labour and Employment department uses its specialized expertise to provide an integrated approach to the full range of human resource legal issues. Through Consultancy, client counseling, and training programs for managerial and supervisory personnel on Employment law issues, our counsel focuses on anticipating and preventing labor relations problems and assisting clients in resolving the problems before they result in litigation.
Our counsel work with clients on union issues, assist clients with collective bargaining with labor organizations and assist in the administration of collective bargaining agreements. We appear on behalf of clients in industrial-related proceedings before the Industrial Court.
